At one point Krusty began to start on me. I just ignored him. He stopped.
It's pretty simple.

If you have to say something, then just agree with him.

Or, if you are devious, just ignore him 95% of the time and dollop out small
doses of recognition. That will torture him.

If you are good, then sledgehammer him a few times and he'll keep his
distance.

The only reason he nips at some people's ankles is because he can and it is
effective. The guy is pretty smart and he cuts no slack. If you are going to
play with him expect to get your lumps. Bobsprit, on the other hand is kind
and good natured. He can afford to be because he can steamroll the entire
group. If anyone has grounds to sue it's Bobsprit. The amount of dung flung
his way over the years is staggering. He doesn't get mad, he doesn't resort
to vulgarity. That is a good indication of his true, kind nature.
