Default Moisture Meters Not Reliable!

The work is not that hard if you do it yourself. But if
you have to hire someone--ouch!

Dunno about hulls generally, but my understanding is that in the case of
decks it gets pretty expensive to do the repair if you let them get spongy
all over.
