Default Seamanship Question #25

Trick question. Dock as you normally would. It's not a problem.

You have just solo sailed into a strange new port in a
foreign country. You found a spot at the clearnance
dock but it is a tight fit. No one is around to help.

What is the best way to get your boat in there?

Default Seamanship Question #25

Consider that in a foreign port, any damage you
cause could get your boat impounded.

The other key fact being, you are by yourself and
docking solo.

Like I said, trick question. Proceed and you shall dock successfully. Any
hesitation will only bring disaster.
