Do you have any tips to make my boat faster?
Why do you want to faster? Your boat was built as a family cruiser and is rated around 170-180 last time I looked. Same as Catalina and Pearson's of that vintage. It is what it is and that should be fine...but...you some things that worked for me... 1) Untie the dock lines 2) get a folding prop 3) Get new sails or have old ones recut 4) Install tracks for better sheeting angles 5) Clean bottom and remove wax from hull 6) mark shaft log so you can alighn bladed with keel 7) Refine your trim habits 8) Lose weight Nothing improves performance like new sails. I bet even Loco would agree with that one. RB 35s5 NY |
