Agreed....Never saw an early retirement deal that was anything more
than "Get lost, we don't need you, here's some cash."
Pretty sad. Let's hope Loco hated his job.

Well that is just so much horse crap. I've done several early
retirement deals. They are an alternative to a general reduction in
force when a company hits a down cycle which all do at times.

They are a dangerous alternative in that you cannot discriminate. You
have to offer the deal to all employees in the class. You risk losing
good esperienced high producing employees with the so called deadwood.

Frank, I find your automatic assumption that Loco was deadwood
questionable. In spite of his behavior here and choice of boats, we
can't be certain of much.

Frank, you must understand that the Boob knows nothing about boats,
cars, women OR THE BUSINESS WORLD. The guy works freelance out of his
home whenever he can get a dirty boat yard job that the yard doesn't
want to do. He said it himself. He trades his labor for a boat slip.
His wife puts food on the table.

Wow, how is that I own more property than you and a nicer boat and
cars...and I'm only 42??? I've only been married for 3 years and my
wife just started working 7 weeks ago. Uh oh! Poor Loco!

How is that? How do you know? My frickin house down the ocean is
worth more than your all your HUD properties. You own cars that
teenagers buy. My train collection is worth more than your boat! Keep
shootin your mouth off. You keep lookin silly.

Teenagers by a WRX STI? Do they also buy Subaru Tribeca's with video
systems? I own original 40's and 50's movie poster art worth more than
your trains three times over. My cars have more luxury and more
speed...just like my boat. You could be a trillionaire and wouldn't
change the simple fact that I live better and own better.
What 4 star restaurant did you dine at this week? And I'm 42!!! How old
are you with your sad car and boat?

Yeah, I feel silly! Bwahahahahahaha!

That's all I see driving that kiddy car. Pimple faced teenagers and
poor white trash as my daughter would say. By the way every review of
that crude machine states that it has NO power without boost and after
the turbo kicks in it sounds like a thrashing machine ready to blow up.
Yea, that's luxury.

You're right. I don't know what got into me posting to that thread.
I normally show much greater restraint and do not respond to Boob's
fantasy boat claims or his spewing of insults. I had a couple of
Bombay Saphire and tonics, but that is no excuse.

I'm not sure he is a real person. Are you sure?

He's not real. He lives in the Matrix.
