exactly the same vessel, location and claims of one Binary Bill? I've been
gone for a long time but this was discussed a while ago before I got booted
from my ISP by Ganz.

I based my assessment on the evidence presented. I haven't seen anything
from this poster to alter that conclusion. Petty, Small and Malicious.....
