I guess that's heavy air for So Cal. Up here it's a light day.

Yes, it's true that MDR is a light wind area. However, I think the waves
and the fact that it was the first race of season probably played bigger
roles (lots of new racers and sailors with rusty skills).

Unlike my friends in the bay area people rarely wear PFD's around here. I'm
sure there'll be a lot of debate about that.

Personally, I think it's high foolishness to not wear PDFs. I don't see any
good reason not to, especially given the good quality and high comfort of
PDFs currently available.

I know for sure that one has a much higher chance of being boarded for an
impromptu inspection if one isn't wearing one... at least up here.

Scotty, is there some dumb point you're trying to make by changing around a
sailing post? Do you have no opinion of your own about PFDs? Sorry,
rhetorical question.

You don't get it, do you you?

The ng is being destroyed because you seem to think that it is acceptable to
squeal.

Your moral standards are not acceptable to the Usenet community. You should
ask yourself if *you* are more important than the ng. Personally, I think
that you should leave until you are ready to state unequivocally(sp?) that
you do not report people to their ISP's.

As I see it, you probably have made complaints about people who have
suggested that you are a homo. Quite frankly, your posts do suggest that
you have some serious sexual issues. I don't think that making complaints
to ISP's will help you at all. Furthermore, your habit of posting headers
is not only juvinille, it also smacks of pure stupidity... Give it up.

What is the world coming to?

Are Californians so devoid of testosterone that they would allow their
vessels to be boarded because someone wasn't wearing a lifejacket?

It's the mindset that justifies his behaviour on this group....

What mindset is that? Do you go out of your way to be stupid around the
authorities?
