No, I don't.

In fact, I don't think that I have ever seen anything written here -by
anybody- that would warrant a complaint to an ISP.

I assume that Neal is bright enough to regognise the difference between
abuse *on* the Internet, and abuse *of* the Internet. So I don't think that
he made a complaint to Supernews about you. Of course, if you had any
evidence to suggest that Neal did netKop you, then you would be well advised
to post it!
