They didn't have any camps in Iraq because Saddam hated Al Quaida, and Al
Quaida hated Saddem.


Al Qaeda
established their foothold in Iraq as a direct result of the

that resulted from the overthrow of the regime.


They had a foot hole prior to our liberating the Iraqi people
