Did she depart with all stores for the whole trip? Was anything, food
or equipment, 'dropped off' to her along the way?

I believe she carried all stores onboard. Water was made with a
watermaker. She had a small single burner stove for heating water, not
really for cooking.

From the website:

FOOD & WATER

Ellen will take a variety of freeze-dried food for the duration of the
record attempt - the freeze-dried food makes a big saving on weight to
help keep B&Q as light as possible for the attempt. In addition, to the
freeze-dried main meals, Ellen will take a selection of energy-boosting
‘grab’ snacks to supplement her energy intake. In total, Ellen will
consume up to 5,000 calories per day which would be well in excess of
twice her daily normal intake, to provide the necessary ‘fuel’ for her
energy expenditure on this punishing voyage.

Typical main meals:

Organic Spuds w/Spinach
& Cheese
Organic Couscous &
Lentil Curry
Organic Alfredo Pasta
Spaghetti Bolognaise
Vegetable Curry
Chicken and Cashew Nuts

Snack list:

20 x fruit snacks
15 x dried fruit
18 x nut mix
40 x packet of crisps
72 x muesli bars
12 x packets of crackers/
oatcakes
14 x cheese minis
6 x packets of cheese slices
6 x bag of sweets
24 x Werthers tubes
60 x chocolate bars
20 x sesame snap bars
11 x packets of chewing gum
