There's a place just north of you past Dunedin on the isthmus between the mainland and the bird sanctuary where they rent Holder's and Hobie's, both cat and centerboard....it's not expensive, the water's pretty shallow, so you can see where the hammerheads are and there are a lot of little cays you can explore....they don't let you sail outside the bay, though but there's plenty of toom in there to spend a couple of hours just dinking arouind...it might be a cheap way for you to get started... You blew it. You should have gone down to Mexico and advertised you had
a kidney to sell. They would have paid you plenty for it and the operation would have been free. They would have only found out later that it was defective but you'd have been off sailing your new expensive yacht purchased with your bad kidney.
