But to comment on the original post/photo... does it bother anyone but
me that:

She's not wearing adequate rotorcraft headphones.
She's in the copilot/student seat.
She has her "off" hand filled with some little microphone or something
when it should be on the collective.

Looks to me like she's the "hostess" of a siteseeing craft, not its
pilot.
