Please Bob.... it's the best 35mm camera ever made.... way better than the
Nikon F5.
The body alone is worth more than your midrange telescope!

I owned a few Nikons. Solid cameras that were cheap enough to not worry to much
about. But like may serious shooters, I used Lieca bodies and lenses with were
a major cut above, from fit an finish to mirror slap, they just outgunned the
Nikons and had the best optics around.
Nikon F4? Why not tell us you had a Minolta Maxum while you're at it! You can
pick up a Nikon F4 body for about 350.00. Low cost body to say the least. Check
ebay.

That about spells out how little you know about the Nikon F4 body [titanium
steel]... never mind the 1/8000 shutterspeeds. Still the best SLR you can
buy. The original price tag was $2800 for the body... no lens. I have 10
lenses from 17mm to the Telephoto 500/2000.

Low Cost indeed ... from a person claiming to have the best telescope
available to the public that costs less than my camera body!

Pathetic!

Every putz with a Nikon things he has the "best" camera. The F4 body is worth
very little these days. Period.
The lenses, if they are clean, still have some value. BUT, sell most of them
because new glass is better and the new VR lenses are beyond what the old stuff
can do. I'm buying a VR lens in the spring.

Here let me help you. Value of the F4 body in VG or E condition, aprox 4-500
dollars.
Value of a brand new C11 GPS with coatings 3200.00.
Case closed.

You are comparing new now to used then..... this is hardly an accurate
estimate.
Your current scope... used... $500... tops [ new is $1700 as I posted a
link to]

You posted a link to the wrong scope. You can barely buy a used C8 for 500
dollars, so I'd really like to see you get a C11 for that. We could go into
business!

Bwahahahahaha!

No Bob... it was indeed the C11 I posted the link to.

There are 6 or 7 versions of the C11. The version you posted was bottom of the
line mount.
Sorry...you lose again. Why not actually look up the C11 line and see what they
cost?

Next, find a real dealer and post a link to a real price.

Have a nice day! I'm off to the Poconos.
