What other conditions require this sound signal? This is the same sound signal given by a vessel Not Under Command, Restricted Ability to Maneuver, a vessel constrained by draft, a vessel pushing or towing, or actively engaged in fishing. BTW it's worth rememebring that the signals are somewhat different for vessels that are anchored, stopped, and aground. Fresh Breezes- Doug King |
