That's a really nice looking car...would like the midnight blue

here...white
cars in the winter in Michigan are asking for it...you have to let

them get
dirty so someone can see you...

It 'was' nice!
About 6.30pm, my wife parked in the street outside our house while

she
ducked in to get some paperwork for a meeting later in the evening.
While she was inside, a learner driver ran into the back of the car
and destroyed the whole rear of it.
No-one was injured, unless you count the ears of the supervising
driver after my wife had finished givng her a tongue lashing.

Short life for a car, picked it up 3pm Friday, off to the wreckers
yard 6.30pm Wednesday!

Our insurance will replace it with another new vehicle.

No, that 18 wheeler (26 today) would be for the manliest of manly
men.

Yeah, I've heard about the air suspended seats, air operated
gearshifts, air brakes and the airheads that drive em.

How fast will your car go if you wind the spring all the way?

Too bad...I had a similar experience 3 years ago when we bought my car. Got
it home from the dealers and the next evening a 10 point buck leaped on my
hood.....

No....he broke an antler off close to the skull...he didn't die immediately
and I din't have anything in the car to do him in with so the poor thing
laid there and suffered. He was paralyzed and couldm't thrash so I sat by
him and petter him unti. he died...it was very sad...when he died, I dragged
him over to the trunk of the car and stuffed him in, which was a trick in
itself...I was only 2 miles from home....I called the sheriff from home
while Mr Sails hung him up in the barn getting ready to gut him out...the
sheriff came and was PO'd that I'd moved the deer from the sight of the
accident and wouldn't give me a tag and said we had to put it back for the
road crew to pick up or he'd ticket me....we compromised on that we could
put it out in front of our house for the road crew to puick up in the
morning....the deer mysterious disappeared from there a half hour later....

of venison there....
