I actually thought I knew better...but I've had an extremely hard couple of
weeks and got impatient. I was raised in a very large nice home with 2
fireplaces. I actually know better, but in my frustration, I did it anyway.
I held the lighter 4 feet away (long lighter) but never thought I would get
the reaction that I did...

I will listen to you and Haggie next time, I promise! :-)

I listened to a woman that told me to light my fireplace that I needed to
use fingernail polish remover. After trying many times with newspaper, I
took her advice.

Sadly to say, the flame blew out over 6 feet and part of my hair got
burned and my eyebrows!

When is the good Lord going to bring me an itelligent man that can save
me from my woes? ;-)
