Most people here have posted pictures of terrible sail trim -as I've
pointed out, although Booby tends to motor more than sail -as his

latest

sailing pictures affirm.

Has it ever occurred to you that some of us just aren't that anal
about sail trim?

Yes. And the same are not true sailors. True sailors are always looking
at their sails and thinking...

Cheers

True sailors rarely turn loose of the mainsheet.

We lazy cruisers even like to look up and see a
properly set sail with tell tales streaming like
they had oughta!

I often think Ole Thom would be so jealous looking up at
a proper, shelf-footed main that is new, crisp and drawing
like a team of Clydesdales.

....it sure would be nice to enter the anchorage at 1645 instead of
1640.
