Your boat sucks IF.....

You going sailing, huh?

Donal... it's obvious that Bob is dedicated to consuming as much of the fuel
as possible that his commander in chief is liberating in Irag. He'll be
motoring as usual...95% of the time. The vessel will need a diesel genset to
power all that stuff when he decides to actually sail it. While plugged in
shoreside Bob will effectively destroy his much proclaimed energy efficency.

It's sad... truly sad....

Nutsy,

A stall shower on a sail boat is a damn waste of space and fresh water
supply!

It is a REAL description of what kind of sailor you really are. A real
shore power sailor. SSB radio? Why? To listen to sailors who are out to
sea? A Cellular Phone? To tell Susy what time you'll be home for
supper. (g)

SSB radio? Why?

It comes with the boat. Should I throw it away?

Sat phones are a nice safety item even on a coastal cruiser, Thom.

In your case the speed dial with Sea-Tow's Emergency number will be really
handy.... only $10.Min..... just in case you lose the batteries to your
Cellular Phone!!!!!

Sat Phone!!.... Coastal!!!... Bwahahahahahahahahahaaaaa

Do you have a clue as to how ridiculous that is!

Nutsy.

When was your last two Coastal cruises? To where?

You are right though, they are a great safety feature. Actually they get
a better CG response than the VHF.
