Heh heh, the US Navy is pretty big. If they decide to board you somewhere in

US Navy tries boarding me in Mid Pacific, they'll be landed with
piracy charges the moment they leave my yacht!


If it's an Australian flagged yacht, you'd probably find Howard et al
have sold out your rights. Guy I correspond with in the USA has his
yacht flagged in Panama just so he's not subject to USCG 'anytime,
anywhere' searches.

Maybe a NZ flagged vessel might be the go. Except for their idiotic
rules concerning what's needed on a blue water yacht but that might not
be a problem if you just never took it into NZ waters.
