Nutsy just told you what your house is worth. 1/3 of what his is. In his
mind that's correct. Don't make make a ****ing contest out of it (g)

Thom, why must you always try to spoil the fun. You know well that what I do
"works" because of small minded folk, Like Loco or Scotty Potti.
How does this offend you? If I can catch the same mouse in the same way, why
not just let the dumb mouse be? Loco is a very dumb mouse. I could tell him my
TV is more square than his and he'd post back.

RB

Bobsprit October 4th 04 08:46 PM

Oh, c'mon, Bob! Everybody knows your TV is more square than Loco's!

Yup, and that extra squareness costs a lot, though I got it for free. Loco
could never afford it, nor would he have the class to seek it out.

Thom Stewart October 4th 04 09:19 PM

Nutsy,

A point well stated. I apologise.

By the way, I wrote a very long post of thanks for this post, rather
than another polilical or gun static post. It seems to be lost some
where in time.

Carry on :^)

i usually don't get into ****ing matches but here goes

i have a hunch
mine is bigger than yours
a small wager says i got you beat.
let's say lunch on city island? ok
ok.......................state the sq.ft.

if you prefer we can email the responses to a middle party, who can then

Wow!

Yeah, I know! That's what people usually say when they see how big the

place
is. It's unusual to get such a big apartment in NY unless you spend silly
amounts.

RB

Nav October 5th 04 01:26 AM

I will act in that capacity if you wish. Email me all your details.

Now, now...I'd be happy of you lived in a stadium with 50 bedrooms! It's Loco

We have lots of neighbors here in Bucks County who commute to NYC every day,
including one who was in the building on 911, and another who was the pilot
of the second plane to hit (he lived in Yardley, PA). But they come here
because $600,000 is cheap for a 3,500 sq ft home compared to NY.

Here it would be impossible to find something that cheap, unless you're
talking about a barn.

Yep, that's why they don't mind commuting 75 miles one way to work each day.

In any case, this is not enough wind to part a proper
line, properly setup.

The line was setup correctly, showed no chafe and appeared fine. But lines can
NEVER part unexpectedly. NEVER, NEVER, so says Jeff!!!!

And he's right, too. That's why lines have tested SWL values. Long as
you're inside the SWL, you can expect the line NOT to part. In fact,
for lifting lines, the SWL is set at either 1/4 of the tested breaking
strain, or 1/8 of the breaking strain.

Of course, you no doubt got your lines out of a dumpster
somewhere.......
