great weekend here as well.
sailed up to greenwhich friday night sat around saturday and we got plastered haven't done that in a very long time sunday was zero wind and engine trouble 10 hours to go 12 miles................... still it was a great day and weekend gf. (put the spin halyard on the bow pulpit)-----nearly blew out my knee on the bow cleat last year "katysails" wrote in message ... Was just perfect sailing today....8-10 knots of wind and almost flat conditions...we sailed down to just North of Grand Hven, tacked and sailed back.....about the most catastrophic event of the day was when I went to grab for the mooring line coming home and landed on that damn padeye...another bruise on the posterior....except for attaching the spinnaker halyard to it when not sailing to get it off the mast, we don't use the dang thing for anything. I really would like to get rid of it. -- katysails s/v Chanteuse Kirie Elite 32 "Women and cats will do as they please..." (Heinlein)...and we don't really care what the men and dogs think....(katy) |
