Yeah Nutsy,
Sure looks like you are both talking about Beaufort 5 (18 to 24) on my Dwyer Wind Scale. Now, if you are using Sea condition to sail by, Tell me how you can tell the difference of a Force 6 white cap with a Force 5 white cap within 3 to 4 knots without a lie as you call it? AND; This whole post begs to question the ability of the vessels to handle these condition or the ability of the sailors on the helm. Siedlemann over C&C or Nutsy over Potti? Damn, Wish the new Harkens Furler would get here so I can sail rather than troll :^) Ole Thom |
