yes it is, but it's a very good trade school, and I wouldn't have

thought
less of you for sending your son there.
Some of its graduates are every bit as capable as the IT.

You're right. We have a few friends that went there (and know 2 kids
that are there now).

Not to bust your bubble or anything, but Stevens IT, while a great

school,
is a bit further down the most recent list than #2.

Well, that's what the Stevens people told us.
He only went to SIT for 1 year, then transfered to Penn State.

Another great engineering school. When I was stationed at the nuclear plant,
I was surrounded by Penn State engineers. Man, could they drink!

My Dad went to Penn State for meteorology way back in the olden days after
the War....but he never said anything about the drinking...maybe it was
limited to the Engineering Dept.

And from these golems, make us men!

(Igor, tonight we must recreate a FLying Tadpole, but this time
we'll leave out the hubris and just stick with the green bubbling
stuff. Now quickly, raise the platform and the lightning rod,

It seems a bit beneath the Tim I know,
If you deem your recent luck, means your boat cannot be struck,
I dare you to rename her, The Trevino!

I beseech you do not boast, with arrogance don't toast,
Hubristically inferring volts won't find you,
For I've seen what's left of men, when God trickle charges them,
A smoking heap of flesh, the smell of stew.

By other posters I've been jolted, though you're first to wish me

bolted,
For bringing up the topic of this force,
Just remember if I'm gaffed,
I'll still have the final laugh,
'Cause your CD buying public's just been halved.

The horse down the street disintegrated and all that was left were his shoes
and the molten bits left of his halter...and a big greasy stinky black char
mark...

all of the survivor reports I've seen looked something like this: "I didn't
feel a thing, I woke up and my shirt was smoking."
