Default Stupid Question about Boats

In general, sailing has little to do with brand names and other
consumerist claptrap.

Right! Doug says sailing has little to do with the boat!!!

Well, no, nice try, tho. It is NOT about what "quality" your boat is or how
much electronic crap you can accumulate even if you don't know how to use it -
all that lets you do is try to put another sailor down. Which for you IS what
its all about. Sad, really.

I have LESS electronics on my boat than most people here. Wanna test that and
see?

Default Stupid Question about Boats

Sailing might not, but marketing new sailboats, to a large degree,
definitely does.

Any one that you're on.
