Towing Dinghy?
Hmmm, I've been out sailing at night
and how many miles from your slip? Well, two weeks ago we sailed to Oyster Bay and back. Left at 5:30, got back around 1:00 am. Tomorrow Suzanne and I will sail to either Huntington Bay or Norwalk, depending on what time we get underway. We'll be sailing into the night again. That's more sailing than you've done this year! Bwahahahahaa! RB |

Jeff,
Does Loki go up and down the stern ladder without prodding or do you have to use an incentive? Chopper will go up fine, but the down trip usually involves a leap at the last minute, which can be quite unsettling (65 lbs of dog into the middle of a tippy dinghy...). -- katysails s/v Chanteuse Kirie Elite 32 http://katysails.tripod.com "Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea." - Robert A. I find the not eating bit hard to believe
I don't...after years of working with animals, you realize that there are those that become so emotionally upset over something new and uncertain that they shut down. Soemtimes this happens with trips to the vet or groomers, sometimes from forced trips in a vehicle if the animal has not been trained to travel comfortably....it's not a rare thing at all... -- katysails s/v Chanteuse Kirie Elite 32 http://katysails.tripod.com "Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea." - Robert A.
