Too violent.. just untie him, push him out, get into your slip, watch the
show. -- "j" ganz @@ www.sailnow.com "Joe" wrote in message om... (SAIL LOCO) wrote in message ... Seems to me if I pay the rent I can let a friend stay in it for a few days. Is that unreasonable? Unusual? You could ask but most marinas consider your leased space still theirs to do with what they want while your not there. For example I've never seen a marina contract that does not have a clause that requires you to notify the marina when your going to be away from your slip for 2 weeks or more. Why? They want to rent it. Now imagine if your apartment complex had the same idea. People would go nuts. Why do marinas get away with this!!! In my opinion if your going away for 2 weeks and the marina wants to rent your leased slip you should get the money for the sub lease. Anyway, if you want to ask I'd love to park my boat in Annapolis for a couple of days. What's the available time? S/V Express 30 "Ringmaster" "No shirt, no skirt, full service" You guys are a bunch of push over's If I ever came back to my slip and another boat was in it we would find out very fast if my boat and his, both fit in my slip at the same time. O...the power of steel! Joe |
