It's not the technical aspects of the art but rather the "theme".
These clowns just don't get it. They want their government subsidies. Only
the "artists" can judge "art"- it's the loonies running the asylum! Why are
they such wrethces in regular life? A clumsy fool cannot be an acrobat, a
moron can't be a doctor and it clearly follows that what is portrayed
through the eyes of a loser certainly is not art. 99% of all artists are
losers. Most of art isn't.
