Oh I killed the spores all right...... 3500 PSI with a biocide/fungicide
concentrate industrial cleaner. It was a "Scorched Earth Policy"!!!! Ethnic
spore cleansing! ;-D

I tried the bleach routine with all the effect of Bush in Iraq..... it
seemed like "insurgent" spores arrived from all over and I ended up with a
bigger mess on my hands than when we first cleaned the boat.

I left all the ports and hatches open and set a big fan in the companionway.
Light and air are the best methods to ensure the plague does not return.
I've seen it hit other boats up here and cause big problems.
