Default Who will be in the water first?

I like that challenge.. living at 22 degrees North Latitude
the rivers and lakes in the area are frozen solid..
except for a small pond that has an abundant supply
of organic material.. hence not frozen.
On 1 April 2004.. a famous Ottawa retiree.. Willie Watt..
launched his homemade plywood sailboat and sailed for
several hours in a brisk breeze.
And he repeated the fun and games on the water on 4 April.

Best regards... John W. Bienko... aboard Blue Eyes...C&C 27
Mark III at the Britannia Yacht Club.. envying your long
sailing season and the access to extended voyaging.
