Certificate in 2 Weekends Instead of 2 Months. The NORTH RIVER SAIL AND POWER
SQUADRON proudly inaugurates its new accelerated USPS Basic Boating Course that
will be given at the Barge on Pier 26 at West and Hubert Streets on the Hudson
River on successive Saturdays and Sundays, June 5, 6 and June 12, 13 from 10:00
AM to 3:00 PM. The course that normally requires up to eight weeks of
classroom work can now be accomplished over two successive weekends. If you
need state certification for recreational boating or just want to insure that
