It is you that is confused.


Yes, that must be it. You talk about "powered up," but you don't mean
going fast; you talk about going downwind and then claim you're talking
about going upwind.... yep, it's me that's confused all right!

... Tell us, do you think winglets are important
going down wind in an IACC yacht? If you wan't to talk about it let's
start a new thread.


Why is my opinion of the least importance? I am never going to design an
IACC yacht and I doubt I'll ever need to reset the winglet angle on one
of them either.
