Its hard to imagine that an Irwin is better than any boat. The one that I
chartered for a season was falling apart, quite literally. I've been aboard two Siedlemanns. They are worse, perhaps as bad as the US Yachts. The only thing worse than seeing one is meeting the poor fool who bought it. RB |

Hey, I was going to say that.

jeffies, you have been on what three boats in your life? A Coronado, a
Hinckley and the Staten Island ferry? Its hard to imagine that an Irwin is better than any boat. The one that I chartered for a season was falling apart, quite literally. It was 8 years old. Scotty, no one doubts that your boat can move. But the fact, and I do think you know this, is that the Siedlemann line is known for poor quality with some boats being lemons. I've looked at the Sailnet boards and some of the owners operate on the "I've got a good one" theme. Not exactly the level of better O'Days and even Macs. RB |
