Bridge Security will be on you fast...at any
bridge. WRONG Pull over anywhere near the bridge and take a pic showing your car/truck as well. Stop checks will NOT allow stopping unless you ask permission or have a problem. Either way, there is way too much paranoid security to mess around near a bridge. Since you claim to be a man...Just come to my club. I'll be there ALL summer and it's less than 10 minutes from the bridge. You are a COWARD. RB |

fact that he looks like the later (fat) version of Elvis will only add to the fun. Doesn't matter. I just gave Scotty a easy and clear way to meet up with me. I'll bet 100 bucks (His pay for a month) that he'll NEVER show. RB |

Well, I've seen photos of both Bob and Scotty. Unless Bob is 17 feet
tall, I'm betting that Scotty weighs more than Bob does. I run 2-3 days a week, even in this cold, plus weight train. I'm 6.3 205 lbs. No one here is as fit as me. Oh, and I don't drink or smoke and rarely eat red meat. Scotty will be long dead when I'll still be sailing and mountain biking. Suzanne is in even better shape, but then she gets a free gym membership through the hospital... RB |

I'd always assumed that you might be interesting in real life. I was obviously wrong. Because I gave up drinking and smoking? Sorry. I have no time for losers who do either on a regular basis. And make no mistake, if you drink or smoke regular you ARE a loser. You wan't to have a personality, but need drugs? Oh, okay! Bwahahahaha! How typically dull, Donal! RB |

Obesity kills a lot of fat people, these days. 6'3, with actual muscle mass. I can actually pick up an offensive person and toss them. I can probably outrun anyone here...and you all can run relays! No drinking, no smoking, no coffee, low cholesterol (144), perfect heart rate! I oughta know...just had a checkup at St. Francis after tearing chest muscles from biking R&C. RB |

You tear muscles riding a bike, yet you reckon you can throw rowdies around
like rag trolls? I said bilking R&C. Guess you don't know what that is. It's mountain biking over very tough terain and when you reach something the bike can't handle you run and carry the bike. It's very tough and few people could do it all. Tearing muscle tissue during any workout is not just about weight, it's also about repeated range of motion, wally. RB |

Maybe you should have passed closer to the drive through window when you reached for your triple cheeseburger & fries. not repeated range of motion. 100% wrong. Repeated stress on a muscle group/strand will damage it. RB |

Nanasivik Marathon..... 30 km with with a 2000 ft elevation change. Bob... you're talking to someone who considers a 12 mile hike through deep brush and swamp as an easy Sunday walk. When I spearfish I free dive to 40 feet. I've climbed Nahanni Butte... only 6000 ft but a difficult climb with out climbing gear. I doubt some plump city slicker would offer me any competition. Stick to your toys and gadgets. Shopping, theatre and restaurants is all you are familiar with. That's what you city boys are good for. Leave the real stuff to the real men. Bob... to build muscle you have to tear some as well.... but not to the
degree that requires hospitalization from severe trauma. If lifting something as light a bike causes that... I would say you are woefully out of shape and your muscle mass is better suited to opera glasses and long periods in the balcony waiting for the fat lady to sing. If your case for repetitive motion were valid ... people would be tearing muscles by walking, talking, typing and jerking off. Sudden or repetitive _hyperextension_ in a violent or extremely forceful manner might cause tearing to the degree you describe... but in a physically fit person repetitive motion won't cause the damage you claim to have suffered. I've got years in martial arts training and understand quite well what a body will take in punishment as well as the requirement to stretch and prepare the muscles prior to a work-out. So here it is... you are either an out of shape wimp or fabricating the circumstance to achieve some semblance of validation of your claims of fitness. Prove your current status of physical fitness and post a picture. ;-) CM "Bobsprit" wrote in message ... | Nanasivik Marathon..... 30 km with a 2000 ft elevation change.
