Is there some reason why you just can't say .... last night we watched a movie?
What's with this ...we screened crap? The word "screened" has nothing particular to do with Hollywood. Screen (N) 5 a (1) : to present (as a motion picture) for viewing on a screen (2) : to view the presentation of (as a motion picture) b : to present in a motion picture It means the same thing. However, we enjoy our movies and enjoy the details. A touch of my RCM100 remote dims the lights, brings up the curtain light, starts the amps, switches system to HT mode. I rebalance the audio based on content prior to watching and do 9 point conversion every week. If you could see and hear how beautiful the remastered Once Upon a Time in the West was on a modern system you'd understand. Coming soon: HD projection from Runco! RB |

We are. We screened Treasure of Siera Madre on the Wega a few nights ago. It's best to have both systems for now. 16X9 sets don't like 4:3 material. RB |
