Thom it's been more than obvious that Ozzy is indeed a racist. He has shown
total disdain for ethnic and religious groups unless it has suited his argument at the current time.... most of which involves USA bashing and anti American sentiments. His track record on the indigenous peoples of his own region is appalling! He will try to make light of this... don't believe him for a minute. Ozzy is an American at heart and hates himself for it. I've already told you what created the "Bombers." The Arab armies haven't been able to defeat the Israeli. About building house on Arab land: The Moslem people are building Mosques all over the world as well as homes to live in. They've built many,many in the USA and have been welcome, with the exception of those raising funds for Islamic Terrorist groups. It is kind of like the Chinese building in "The Land of OZ." You haven't bombed them as get, have you? About those "Rock throwers" using Slings, I don't think I would have been as patient as were the Israeli were. It has stopped though, hasn't it. The "Bombers" financed by Saddam, worked better. Killed more Jews. Innocent Jews. Women and children in Cafes or Shopping Malls. Oz, you're vision of the Israeli problem is very,very myopic to say the lest! Ole Thom P/S We are beating a dead horse here. I agree that Israel has a right to exist. I find it hypocritical that Arabs are upset about the land that was lost in the '67 war. These lands were captured *after* Israel was attacked. Syria and Egypt attempted to capture all the Israeli lands, and they had the nerve ro complain when their plan backfired. I'm surprised that the Palestinians were not welcomed into the neighbouring Arab states. After all, these states seemed willing to go to war with Israel over the issue. The reality is that Egypt and Syria hated the Jews far more than they loved the Palestinians. They were willing to attempt the destruction of the Jewish state, and yet they did not (AFAIK) offer a single sq. kilometre of land to the Palestinians. The countries that attacked Israel would happily see the Jews exterminated. OT, we agree about the objective (abolition of terrorism). Our only disagreement is about the methods. In a free society, it is healthy to have disagreement. In fact, the freedom to disagree is what your generation fought so hard for. My generation often forget that the world wasn't always a free place, where everybody had food and the right to express their opinion. Where in the hell do you get your BS from? Conquered Nations correct. Do you know the name of their nation before it was Conquered? Do you know who conquered them? Do you know when they were conquered? You're writing your own History again. Read a Book!!! I'll give you a rather fast outline of there History; It was the Romans that defeated them. As the Roman Empire faded, the last of the Empire to fall was in the Middle East. It fell to the Ottoman Empire. That was when the Byzantine ( the last of the Roman Empire) ended. The Ottoman Empire rule the middle East for about 700 years. All the countries were a conquered people. They were Ottoman until WW1. They were also known as the Turks. They were defeated by Sir Lawrence and his Arab League. After the war (World War 1) the League of Nations carved up the old Ottoman Empire into basically the nation we see today, I believe but don't hold me to this. I seem to remember the man name was Thomson and he divided and made the new borders and set up the governments of the countries. He was British. When he created Palestine, it was created to be the homeland for both the Jew and the Palestinians. They live there together from WW1 to after WW2. It was a protectorate of the British. One of the rules were that no more people could settle there than the land could provide for. Britain was to provide the immigration control. After WW2 all the displaced Jews of Hitler Nazi extermination that were still alive but without homes tried to go the Palestine. That is when the Hebrews made the desert bloom. The British and the Arabs tried to stop the influx of Jews by putting them in Camps. It didn't work The Jew smuggled the new Jew in. The British and Jew fought to get the New Jews into the New/Old homeland. The Arab League wasn't happy campers. That is when the UN created Israel. It was a section of the country that they were already living in. They didn't invade. It was land granted to them. Land that they were already working. Land that was promised to them by the British and granted to them by the UN. The Arab League has been trying to conquer them since 1946, without success AND; Screw you OZ I'm tire and I'm going to bed. Believe what you want but remember I told you so :^P BAH!! Ole Thom |
