Not really. The Arabs under Turkish rule had pogroms & ghettoes for the Jews. Worse than most in
Europe, but of course they considered it 'getting along' because the Jews could not fight back.

Israel they were invaded by their newly UN created Neighbors. Syria,
Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, vowing to drive every Jew into the

They didn't do it. They regrouped and tried it again and again each time
being defeated and losing territory, which the Israelis returned.

The Arabs then resorted to Terrorist Tactic and whining to the body of
the UN's Arab Block about Israel's fighting back.

They would deliver piles of rubble by trucks for the kids to throw at
the Jewish army
