That's really cheap. Since the Canadian dollar is worth
about 60 cents US you are practically getting a haulout for nothing. But, guess what? I pay NOTHING for my water and electricity. I can step and unstep my own mast without the help of a crane. I can careen and paint my bottom without the help of a yard. I'm a real sailor while you're a semi-lubber. S.Simon "Capt. Mooron" wrote in message ... Holy Cow..... I paid $98 Cdn to haul and step the mast with a crane and $200 Cdn for storage... power & water included at Mahone Bay!! Sucks to be You! CM "Jeff Morris" jeffmo@NoSpam-sv-lokiDOTcom wrote in message ... | 4K would be about right for a 40 footer at a Brewer's yard. $44 per foot for storage, | $16/f + materials for shrink, $10/f to leave mast in, more to unrig and store. | Decommissioning engine, genset, etc. It adds up fast when you go first class. | | http://www.byy.com/westbrook/PPM-WS03.pdf | | | "Bobsprit" wrote in message | ... | USCG doc's, a | copy of my drivers license so when you think it's someone elses, and even | take you for a sail, that should cover the $4k for the storage. | | 4K for storage. Even at Capri that would be a 65 foot boat. Now we know you | don't have a boat. | | RB | | |
