I don't personally but I was present at such a thing a long time ago at =
a hopsital I worked at....was pretty gruesome....

Debridement and/or hyperbaric treatment with antibiotics. Lancing would
not be a good idea as it would not remove the infected tissue nor kill
the bacteria. I don't thin maggots would be much use either as they
can't live in the anaerobic environment needed for gas gangrene. But
this is mere supposition on my part.
