Smart enough to know that he can wear out the battery in his fence collar by leaning into the radio wave set to the alert before the shock goes off....smart enough to know that the electric fence on the pasture is pulsation and that if you sit close enough to feel the vibes, you can go under and not get zapped...smart enough to know that the dog cookies are in back of the Cherrios in the cupboard and that when Mom's not home, you can open the cupboard, nose the Cheerios out of the way and have a few on the side...smart enough to know you're going to give him a bath before you even start looking for him....smart enough to know that "All good things come to him that waits...and lurks" when it comes to little kids walking around with food....
