Hod as brother of Baldur

I've seen numerous Internet references to Hod being the actual brother
or fraternal twin of Baldur, yet nothing I've read in the Edda's so
far seems to indicate their relationship at all, nor Hod's parentage.

Where is the source for this?

I could hazard a guess.....
