Yes, It's True!!!
Capt RB is chronically unemployable, and has to
survive on pity handouts from a student nurse. That's not a nurse that he shares a home with...BUT his nurse that takes care of him...there is no way mentally ill people at this stage can be let outside.......they need constant supervision....
