When was the last time Neal actually sailed? Liveaboards rarely do. After
several YEARS he finally gave us a few pics of Cut the Mustard under tired
sails and with a BENT boom. Of course he'll claim he sails. He'll claim a lot
of things, and you can bet that if his boat had left the mooring all summer,
he'd have trolled the group with pics.
The simple fact of Simple Simon (AKA Capt. Neal, and Anal Discharge Neal) is
that he doesn't sail. His boat is occasionally motored in for the heavier
supplies and cleanup. And that's it. He won't prove otherwise. He can't prove
otherwise and will say "wanna bet?" and "I don't need no stinkin' badges!' and
so on.
But we all know the truth. Worse...he knows we know.
