because he actually sails. His boat is rarely motored in for the

supplies and cleanup. And that's it. He won't prove otherwise. He can't
prove
otherwise and will say "wanna bet?" and "I don't need no stinkin'
badges!' and
so on.
But we all know the truth. Worse...he knows we know.
