Wow Oz.... my pre-Departure Checklist involves crew to sign on the Log, and
then a fixed sheet that is checked off You know.. the basics valves, oil,
water, fuel, filed sail plan, etc.

Nah... I got some Shake from a friend... it's mild but it does have a nice
mellow high.
I often stop drinking for months... like when I'm working I don't drink or
smoke drugs. It's never seemed to be a problem. I don't miss it at all when
it's not around. Is it a problem for you Oz???
