That isn't much of a boast. Even a really dim 10W lightbulb can attract
moths.

Let us know when you actually sail to ANYWHERE.

Like where? I've sailed along the Jersey coast, sailed up within 20 miles of
Mystic. We're doing the Thimble Islands this weekend.
Nothing very far, but we like to "sail." We're not looking for restaurants. You
all use your boats like motorhomes, pulling into as many McDonald's as
possible. We stay out and sail!

Bwahahahahaha!

Bob... Hail, "Binary Bill" on 16 and switch to 69 [or what ever free
channel suits].... that's the channel you should be monitoring [or is it
channel 9 down there?]... at any rate that's the beauty of VHF. If you're
there and your VHF works Bill will hear and confirm your call.

According to the paperwork, the unit transmits with 38 watts. Is that not
legal? I don't know. The previous owner had it "tuned." It sure sounds loud and
clear to everyone who hears it, especially compared to my newer radio.
