I'm Sailing in the rain...........
 

It's been so hot and humid around here lately. Last week when a storm blew
through it was a relief as it brought some stronger, cooler wind and
refreshing rain. Remember the scene in 'Shawshank Redemption' where Andy ,
after escaping, was standing in the rain, arms outstretched looking skyward?
Well, that's how I felt sailing in the rain. Too bad it only lasted 45
minutes.

I think we set a record, 22 straight days with rain. Fri. was nice and
sunny (HOT), but I was working. The rain returned for the w/e. ;(

22 days of rain? We didn't get rained out at all this whole summer. Sailed
every day.

I like sailing in the rain, too. It cuts down on the number of baths
I have to take.
