We can keep the same "millions of tons of greenhouse gases out of the
air" by simply nuking the populations of France, Japan, the Middle East
and other troublesome places out of existence and dispose of our excess
nukes in the bargain. Then we sell these regions to wealthy Swiss and
Germans as vacation spots to pay off the debts the Shrub's running up.
Looks like a win-win to me!
