BIO-ENERGY AND TAX CUTS:

Hey, Al, bio-energy when it is burned produces hydrocarbons and
other greenhouse gasses. Alcohol is just as bad as gasoline when
it comes to greenhouse gases.

No wonder Bobsprit doesn't have a clue. He has listened to Al Gore
