Default Leaving Slip/marina

This signal is almost always used by commercial traffic, but its use by
recreational
vessels varies greatly by local custom and the situation.

Some marinas have wirhin their own rules that horns shall not be sounded
except for an emergency situation.

The first marina I was in with the Nonsuch had a bank of very nice condos on Pier 7 with
the marina on piers 6 and 8, on either side.
