Bob's as thick as a short plank - maybe you could just stipulate it
done. And let's face it, unless we use my 6500 tonne icebreaker, the
lever arm of Bob on the end of even a 2m long plank is going to make
even your crab crusher turn turtle.

Besides, there are laws against raw sewerage discharge almost
everywhere.

Finally, you'd have to be in more than a couple metres of water to
make it worthwhile, and how are you going to get Bob that far from
shore?
